What to Expect Each 60-Minute Session
Mobility & Movement – Target weak links, wake up joints.
Primary Lifts – Squat or hinge focus, coached sets, progressive loading.
Secondary Strength – Push/Pull supersets or unilateral work.
Assistance & Core – Accessories for posture, knees, shoulders, trunk.
